Truly a comedic joy!

This kid cracks me up! If it's not my Mary Catherine Gallagher glasses, it's the white go-go boots that I got for this years ensemble (he wouldn't let me get a picture of him in those)... he is just too funny!

And then there were two...

Our new guinea pig... Peanut.

Seans LOVES his costume...

The costumes came tonight... and Sean loves his Darth Vader costume so much that he had to sleep with the gloves on!

I'm getting through...

We were at swimming lessons and Ethan let me know that they could wear goggles if they wanted... I told him that I prefer that they learn how to swim without goggles first... Ethan asked me 'why?'... I replied that if he fell off a boat without goggles on he couldn't stop to put goggles on before he tried to get back out... he said, 'guess that makes sense'... he understands me. Thank God.

Super Mom!

Sean wants a new Wii game... a Krypto the Super Dog one... so I told him the other day that he had to do well in school and one day he could design one, build it and market it... I overheard him telling Ethan that I was going to make a new Krypto Wii game for him... that's a new level of Super Mom I didn't know I could achieve!

Life is good once again...

Went to the Red Robin school fundraiser tonight... happened to be 'kids night' at Red Robin too. Sean finally got his face painted... the best thing is, they both walked out happy - Ethan as a wolf and Sean as an Eagle... it's a good thing that Sean didn't have to tell me that I 'ruined his life' this time... heaven for bid I ruin his life more than once a season.

The whole gang...

We hiked up with all of the kids... some lady asked us what school we were with and we mentioned in passing that we are just four crazy moms that take a slew of our own kids out to do random things like fish and hike for the fun of it... then we thought about... we decided next time we get asked we are going to say we are all from the 'School of Hard Knocks'! 80)

Balloon Eye Candy...

Left for the Balloon Fiesta at 6 am and it was raining and thundering... by the time we drove 5 miles to the East, it dried up and quit raining! Thank goodness! Special shapes inflated... some went up... some didn't... what a cool experience! Now I'm tired and need a nap!

Grandma and Grandpa Fuller came out to visit...

Ethan and Sean were ready to check out some balloons!

Jack in the box... the crowd was huge!

The rocket was Ethan's second favorite balloon...

We saw the Pepsi can flying in the distance from our house and wondered what the rectangle was... now we know.

Happy Halloween!

See no evil...

Speak no evil...

The cow was by far the biggest balloon there...

We saw Darth Vader floating over Ethan's school a couple days ago... that was cool!

Ethan and Grandpa in front of Ethan's favorite balloon!

The ark looks like it took on water...

Now we've seen everything!

Perfect Landing?!?

Guy went up in a hot air for the first time and they landed hard and he messed his face up hitting the ground.  TV interviewer asked him what happened and the guy said, "If it wasn't for the basket catching the ground and flipping over and my face getting messed up... it was a perfect landing."  Really?  Outside of the crash landing, it was a perfect landing?  Can someone please give him a sign?!?

Spoiled LEGOs...

Finally got Ethan to finish his homework... he is supposed to write in his journal for school everyday. He refuses to write more than a couple sentences and what should take 15 minutes takes an hour. I had him read me what he's been writing and it's always a variation of 'I went to Toys R Us and bought a LEGO set. Iplayed with it. It was cool.' His teacher is going to think I buy LEGO's everyday!

35 and living at home...

Ethan and Sean didn't want to do their homework today... I told them "if you don't do your homework and get good grades you won't get a good job... you can't be a pilot or a doctor without doing well in school... and if you don't do well in school you'll end up living with us for the rest of your lives! Do you want that?!?" Thank God they both said 'NO'!
